How Do I Sign Up For The Rewards Program?
Once you place an order, you are automatically enrolled into the ReBuilt Rewards program. Under the "About Us" tab, you will see the Rewards dropdown. Click "Log In" and enter your e-mail and password and click "Sign In". You will be able to see your account balance, Rewards to Redeem, Ways to Earn Points, VIP Tiers and so much more!
How Do I Earn Points?
There are several ways to earn points!
- 25 points just for creating an account!
- Every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point!
- Like Us On Facebook and earn 25 points!
- Follow Us on Instagram and earn 25 points
- Earn 100 Points on Your Birthday!
How Do I Earn Referral Points?
Refer a Friend & Save!
Give 50% Off and Get 350 Points!
Give your friend 50% off their first order of $50+ and get $20 (in points, 350 points) for each successful referral. Simply enter the e-mail address of the person you are referring through your Rewards portal and send the referral link!
Do you have a Referral Program?
One of the best! After logging into your ReBuilt Rewards account, scroll down to the section that says, "Refer A Friend & Save!"
Simply enter the e-mail address of the person you are referring and send your personalized referral link! The recipient will receive an email with an exclusive discount code that can be applied at check out for orders of $50 or more. This code will apply a 50% discount off of their first order and in return, you will be rewarded 400 points for each successful referral.
*Referral discounts are for First Time Clients only. Please ensure that the internet browser being utilized is not in private/incognito mode. The system will be unable to register your IP address which will prevent the discount code from being generated.*
What Can I Get With My Points?
Redeeming your points is easy! Select the reward you'd like, copy the unique code, go to the upcoming order you'd like to apply it to and enter your code!

How Do I Redeem a Reward and Apply it to an Upcoming Order?
Redeeming your points is easy!
- Log into your Rewards Portal
- Scroll down to the "Reward Yourself" section
- Select the reward you want to redeem and click "Redeem Reward"
- The system will then prompt you with "Are You Sure?", Click YES
- Click the notepad icon to copy your reward code to your computer's clipboard
- Click the log in widget on the top right corner to log into your Client Portal
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select "View Next Order" tab
- Scroll down and look for the "+ Add Discount" button (this will be underneath your subscription)*
- Paste reward code in discount field (make sure to remove any extra spaces)
- Click "Apply Discount Code"
- Verify your reward has been applied once the page has refreshed
*If you have a recurring discount on your subscription, you need to remove that discount code prior to applying a reward. The system is set up to only accept one discount code/Reward Code per order. You can easily remove the recurring discount by clicking the trash can icon next to the discount.

I Have a Recurring Discount, but I Removed it to Apply a Reward. Now What?
Once your order with a reward has processed for the upcoming week, the reward code will be registered in our platform as redeemed. Recurring discounts will not be automatically reapplied to your account, nor can we schedule this action in advance.You will either need to manually reapply your recurring discount in your Client Portal or you can redeem and apply another reward. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our team and we would be happy to help!
Can I Apply A Reward To A Past Order?
No, rewards cannot be applied to past orders. Rewards need to be applied prior to an order processing. If you need assistance with redeeming and applying a reward to an upcoming order, please contact the ReBuilt Meals team at (813) 775 - 7104 or by submitting a Contact Us form.

Your ReBuilt Meals Rewards points will be here for you to redeem whenever you're ready. Enjoy the freedom to accumulate points and use them at your convenience!
