What is the Difference Between Plans?
We currently have five meal prepared meal plans and an A La Carte menu. If you have questions on which plan is best for you… give us a call, we are always happy to help!

The Lifestyle Plan – Our Most Popular Meal Plan
This is our recipe based meal plan. Our Lifestyle Meal Plan includes meals that you know and love, ReBuilt with fresh and healthy ingredients! Many people love these meals since they provide healthy nutrition, but are still abundant in flavor.
The Performance Plan – Most Macro Balanced Meal Plan
This is our cleanest, most nutrient dense meal plan. These meals are Gluten, Dairy and Soy free. Some of the starches include white/brown rice, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. The meals are lightly seasoned so they still have flavor, but if you’re looking for a simple, clean meal plan, then this is the one for you!
The Plant Based Plan – Vegetarian / Vegan Friendly Plan
Our Plant-Based Meal Plan is perfect for vegetarian and vegan lifestyles! All meals are seafood- and shellfish-free, with protein sources derived mainly from a variety of nutrient-rich vegetables and wholesome starches. Each week, 4 out of the 5 meals are fully vegan, providing you with delicious, plant-focused options that fit your dietary needs.
The Keto/Low Carb Plan – Low Carb / High Fat Plan
Our Keto/Low Carb Meal Plan offers meals that do not contain any added sugar. This plan follows a low-carb, high-fat approach. This diet significantly reduces carbohydrate intake, replacing it with healthy fats to encourage your body to enter a metabolic state called ketosis. In ketosis, your body efficiently burns fat for energy, which can lead to lower insulin levels and provide various health benefits. This plan is designed to support your goals with flavorful, keto-friendly/low carb options.
Chef's Choice - A Delicious Variety
This is a mix between the Lifestyle and Performance Meal plan. Receive an assortment of our most popular meals from both plans each week!
A La Carte - Proteins, Starches, & Vegetables Prepared By The Pound
Our A La Carte menu had a wide assortment of items that you can add onto your existing orders or receive separately to create your own perfect meal plan. Check out our A La Carte Menu by clicking here!
Can I Choose My Meals?
Yes! One of the great perks of being a ReBuilt Meals client is the flexibility to choose your meals from any of our menus. Just submit your meal selections by Tuesday at 5:00 pm EST. You can use our online Meal Selection form, or reach out to the ReBuilt Meals team by phone, text, email, or live chat.
To complete the Meal Selection form:
- Go to the "Check Out This Week's Menu" page on our website, and scroll down to the section that says, "Choosing Your Meals?"
- Click "Select Meals for the week of..." to open the form in a new window.
- Fill in your contact information, choose whether you're subscribed to Regular Protein or Double Protein Meals, and click "Next."
- Select the quantity of each meal you’d like, ensuring it matches your subscription.
- Once you've confirmed your selections, click "Submit."
Can I change the number of meals I receive each week? Yes! To adjust the number of meals in your subscription, contact the ReBuilt Meals team by Tuesday at 5:00 pm to ensure changes are made before billing on Wednesday.
What if I select more meals than my subscription allows? To avoid any issues or additional charges, please contact the ReBuilt Meals team before submitting your meal selections if you need more meals than your subscription covers.
How Can I Add Breakfast To My Account?
Breakfast is available as an add-on to your current meal plan. If you'd like to include breakfast in your subscription, just follow these steps:
- Log into your Client Dashboard
- Click on the Subscription tab
- Select Add New Product and choose Breakfast
- Choose the quantity of breakfasts you'd like to receive and select your preferred default plan: Keto or Chef’s Choice
- Select your breakfasts and make sure it appears in your Order Summary
- Click Add Meals to finalize
Once added, breakfast will be included in your subscription each week moving forward. If you ever wish to remove breakfast from your plan, you can cancel the product before theTuesday, 5:00 PM deadline for the upcoming week.
We have 4 different breakfast options available weekly:
- Chef's Choice Breakfasts: You’ll receive a rotating variety that includes all 4 breakfast options.
- Keto Breakfasts: You’ll receive the 2 Keto-approved breakfasts featured on the menu for that week.
Do I Need To Select My Meals Each Week?
No, selecting meals is not a requirement. It is an opportunity for you to choose meals from any of our meal plans! We offer 20 different entrees and 4 breakfasts each week, so there is always a different assortment to choose from!
What if I do not select my meals?
You will receive an assortment of the plan and quantity in which you are subscribed to.
How long do I have to select my meals for? Is there a deadline?
On Monday evenings, we send out a weekly email and update our website with the newest menu. You will have you have one week to choose your meals through your Client Dashboard. If you try to select your meals after Tuesday at 5:00 pm EST, you will be prompted to contact the ReBuilt Meals Team directly.
