Shipping

We ship to the entire state of Florida and regions outside of Florida using FedEx and UPS.  Carriers pick up from our facility on Monday, so they will arrive by the end of the day on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the destination. 

Clients using home delivery will receive a tracking number when the boxes leave the ReBuilt Meals facility, so that they can track their box through their shipper.  All of the contents in the box (including the box, liners, ice packs and meal containers) can be recycled.  Due to sanitation reasons, we do not need any contents of the box back.

Pick Up Locations

We do have Local Pick Up Locations available throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.  Pick Up Location bags are delivered to refrigerators over the weekend and available for pick up on Monday. We ship to the entire southeastern region, which includes all of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.  We also deliver to most of Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia and Kentucky.  We also now deliver to Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Please give us a call if you are in one of those states so we can verify that your location is within our delivery range.

Yes!  As a ReBuilt Meals client, you are able to pick up from any of the Local Pick Up Locations!

The minimum for home delivery is either a 5 meals per week meal plan or $50 of A La Carte. That being said, there is no minimum when a pick up location is selected for the delivery method. If you have any questions please contact the ReBuilt Meals Team.

Meals are delivered to pick up locations over the weekend and are available on Mondays of each week during the locations' hours of operation. You will NOT receive a notification of when your meals have been delivered - this process is discussed during your New Client Follow Up Call. As long as you have an order processed for the upcoming week, meals will be delivered to the pick up location indicated on your account.

Meals will remain in the ReBuilt Meals refrigerators from Monday until Friday. Anything remaining in the refrigerator by Friday afternoon is removed for sanitation purposes. Please ensure that arrangements are made to retrieve meals from pick up locations by Friday afternoon, as refunds are not issued for anything remaining in the refrigerator at this time.
